I. Your habits, not your desires, determine your future. For many of us, it’s not that our desires or dreams are too big, it’s that our daily rhythms aren’t aligned with who we want to become.

II. Three small changes that will radically improve your focus and productivity:

  • No social media until lunch

  • Delete email off your phone

  • Put due dates on all the items on your task list so you know exactly when they need to be finished (I use and recommend Todoist)
